Decoction (Kwath) making formula:
In Ayurveda, "Kwath" refers to a decoction or herbal tea made by boiling specific herbs or botanicals in water. The process of making Kwath involves extracting the therapeutic properties of various herbs through boiling. Here is a general formula for making Kwath for MS-30: Add 200 ml of water to the pot containing the MS-30 Sachet. Bring the water to a boil over medium heat; add sugar/jiggery/khaand as per your taste. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer. Allow the herbs to simmer in the water until the liquid reduces to about one-third (70ml) or one-fourth (50ml) of its original volume. Once the decoction has simmered and the desired concentration is achieved, remove it from the heat. Let the decoction cool down to a safe temperature. Strain the decoction using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the herbal residue, leaving behind a clear liquid. This decoction (Kwath) can be consumed warm or at room temperature.
